Our co***ny started producing Recycling PET in 1988 and fibre master batch in 1994. In order to make the cost lower and make sure the good quality of our products, we made the machine (Reciprocating single screw kneading and extruding system) by ourselves in 1994. After three years' practicing and improving, this machine was successfully used from the year 2000. Now, it produces PET fibre master batch about 10,000 tons per year. Our single screw extruder becomes one of the best extruders in the world. In addition, this kind of machine is widely sold around the world. So far, over 100 sets of machines have been sold. From the feedback from our clients (Indonesia, South Africa, Canada and India), it can be seen clearly that all of them are working well and have good reputation.
Here are some advantages of such machines:
1.SJW Reciprocating single screw kneading and extruding system supplies a gap that twin screw extruders only can cut folium materials. it can cut, tropism, incise, fold and elongate the materials variously and thoroughly. Therefore, high-quality dispersive and distributive mixing can be provided.
2.It can make the cost lower. While working, the temperature inside the machine is about 150--180 degree, which is much lower than any other extruder, which is about 240 degree. Hence, the raw material will be disassembled less. That means less raw material will be wasted(save 8%). You can put some kinds of raw material fewer, like color, but the products will be the same as that made by other extruder. The quality is even better.
3. Our co***ny owns another factory, which produces color master batch and has been used as a base for product testing in the past few years. This factory lays a solid foundation for the high quality of our products by using our machine (SJW Reciprocating single screw kneading and extruding system). Meanwhile, it brings us a lot of profit.
